Unexpected Opera

The Kent-based touring theatre company that specialises in bringing opera to new audiences will stage a series of performances at The Pantiles.

Unexpected Opera has been specially commissioned by the owners of The Pantiles, Targetfollow, to write and perform original operatic entertainment that incorporates various shops and locations throughout The Pantiles into the story.

Local & Live

The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells is once again hosting the fantastic and free Local & Live music festival in the summer.

Local acts will perform live on the Bandstand in August.

Summer Jazz

There's nothing better than an open air concert on a warm balmy evening - perhaps with the exception of a FREE open air concert in a beautiful location on a warm balmy evening.

Summer Jazz returns to The Pantiles bandstand at the beginning of the summer and has all the ingredients for a simply perfect night out. Stand with a glass of wine in hand and enjoy the exceptional free jazz, or book a table for alfresco dining at Woods, or any one of the other exquisite restaurants located along the colonnade.

Ghost Walks

The ghost walks will once again be taking place over the Holloween period.

People who want to hear stories of the supernatural and smugglers on The Pantiles should definitely buy a ticket. Visitors need to prepare to be enthralled, entertained and maybe a little scared as they could come face to face with the grey ladies at Binns Restaurant and The Swan Hotel, the black horse and cloakedrider, or even the ghost of Mary Jennings.

Tickets for the tours will need to be purchased from The Tourist Information Centre. more details on this will be available nearer the time.

All dates and times for these events are TBC.
